Remove & Install Vibration Damper And Pulley
Start By:a. remove drive belt
When bolts (1) are removed the vibration damper will come off.
1. Remove six bolts (1), remove pulley (2), vibration damper (3) and spacer (4). The following steps are for the installation of the vibration damper and pulley. 2. Position pulley (2) on vibration damper (3) and place a bolt through the top bolt hole. Position spacer (4) on the backside of the damper and on bolt, as illustrated. With a second person position spacer, pulley and vibration damper to crankshaft (5) and start bolts (1).3. Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 300 30 N m (225 24 lb ft)End By:a. install drive belt
