1. Lift the front of the machine until the tires are off the ground. Install tooling (A) under the front of the machine.2. Fasten a hoist to the front wheel and tire. Remove bolts [16G-Nuts] (2) and washers.3. Remove front wheels (1). Weight is 318 kg (700 lbs.). The following steps are for installation of the front wheels.4. Fasten a hoist to front wheels (1). Put it in position on the wheel spindle.5. Install the washers and bolts (2) that hold the front wheels. Mating surfaces must be free of paint.6. Lift the front of the machine. Remove tooling (A) from under the machine. Lower the machine to the ground.7. (14G):Tighten the bolts that hold the front wheels to a torque of 1150 70 N m (850 50 lb.ft.).(16G):Tighten the nuts that hold the front wheels to a torque of 1287 70 N m (950 50 lb.ft.).
