2. Remove handle (1). Remove right floor plate (2).3. Remove cover assembly (3) and plate assembly (4). 4. Disconnect wires (7) for the magnetic switch of the bucket positioner and kickout group.5. Remove armrest (5) and cover assembly (6). 6. Disconnect return oil line (8). Disconnect oil line (10) from the hydraulic control valves.7. Disconnect oil lines (9), (11) and (12) from the tee fittings. 8. Disconnect oil line (13) from the hydraulic control valves and the hydraulic tank group. Remove oil line (13). 9. Put identification on the wires that are connected to relay switch (14) for the bucket positioner and kickout group. Disconnect the wires from the relay switch.10. Fasten a hoist (not shown) and remove the bolts that hold bracket (15) to the frame and the hydraulic tank group. Remove bracket (15), hydraulic control valves and lever assembly as a unit. The weight is 95 lb. (43 kg). 11. Remove center floor plate (17).12. Remove the two bolts that hold support bracket (16) of the hydraulic tank to plate assembly (18).13. Disconnect oil lines (19), (20) (21) and (22). 14. Disconnect oil line (23) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank group.15. Install a 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolt in the top of the hydraulic tank group. Fasten a hoist to the hydraulic tank group. 16. Remove bolts (24) on the bottom right side of the hydraulic tank group just above the right track that hold the hydraulic tank group to the frame. 17. Remove hydraulic tank group (25). The weight is 255 lb. (115 kg).Install Hydraulic Tank Group
1. Install a 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolt and fasten a hoist to the hydraulic tank group. Put hydraulic tank group (1) in position on the machine. 2. Put No. 2 Permatex or equivalent on the threads of bolts (2). Install bolts (2) on the bottom right side of the hydraulic tank group. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 150 20 lb.ft. (205 27 N m). 3. Inspect O-ring seal (4) for damage and make a replacement if necessary. Connect oil line (3) to the hydraulic tank group. 4. Connect oil lines (8), (9), (10) and (11).5. Install the two bolts that hold support bracket (5) of the hydraulic tank group to plate assembly (7).6. Install center floor plate (6). 7. Fasten a hoist (not shown) and put the hydraulic control valve, levers and bracket (12) in position and install the bolts that hold the bracket to the frame and hydraulic tank group. 8. Connect the wires to relay switch (13) for the bucket positioner and kickout group.9. Install oil line (14) between the hydraulic tank group and the hydraulic control valves. 10. Connect return oil line (15) to the hydraulic control valves.11. Connect oil lines (16), (18) and (19) to the tee fittings.12. Connect oil line (17) to the hydraulic control valves. 13.
