Tightening sequence for flange of the turbocharger
Use the following procedure to tighten the flange of the turbocharger:Note: Apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the washer face and to the threads of the locknuts before assembly.
Tighten the locknut 1 through locknut 4 in a numerical sequence to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
Again,tighten the locknut 1 through locknut 4 in a numerical sequence to an additional 45 5 degrees.
