Refer to Illustration 2.In lower voltage systems such as 600 V or 500 V, a 4x5 or 4x6 configuration may be used but will result in excess harness.Ensure that all the photovoltaic modules in the configuration are at the same tilt and facing the same direction.This wiring harness is compatible with the following photovoltaic modules:

(8) Positive harnessThe tee-harness for the 2x5 module configuration is used to connect multiple sets of modules set up in the 2x5 configuration. Two modules are aligned in the vertical direction and five modules are connected in the horizontal direction. Refer to Illustration 3 for an example of an individual 2x5 module configuration.Note: The number of parallel strings should not exceed nine harnesses.A 1x5, 1x6, or 2x3 configuration may be used in lower voltage systems such as 600 V or 500 V but will result in excess harness.Ensure that all the photovoltaic modules in the configuration are at the same tilt and facing the same direction.This wiring harness is compatible with the following photovoltaic modules:

Four photovoltaic arrays can be reduced to two input connections using a wye harness. Refer to Illustration 6.Wye harnesses can be used with the following configurations:
