Clean the brake oil cooler core assembly with a suitable rod, as shown.

Attach a suitable lifting device to brake oil cooler (34). The weight of brake oil cooler is approximately 57 kg (125 lb).
Install brake oil cooler (34) and six bolts (35).

Install elbow (32) and four bolts (33). Install four bolts (31).

Apply Tooling (B) onto the bores of the engine oil cooler.
Install bonnet (25) and six bolts (26). Install six bolts (27) (not shown) with hose assembly (11) (if equipped) and the clip.
Install elbow (29) and four bolts (30). Install four bolts (28).

Install six bolts (24).

Install bracket (23) and four bolts (22).

Install filter base (18), , four bolts (17 ) and three bolts (16).
Connect hose assemblies (20) and (19).

Connect dipstick tube (15) and install bolt (14). Install tube assembly (10) and clip (13). Connect hose assembly (11) (if equipped) and two clips (12).

Install oil filters (9). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change".

Install filter base (8), two bolts (6) and the clips. Connect harness assemblies (7), (5), (4) and (2). Attach cable strap (3).

Install clip (1).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change"
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure. End By:
Install the engine bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Engine) - Remove and Install".
Install the transmission bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Transmission) - Remove and Install".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
