preparatory step: a) remove air cleaner housings1. Drain the jacket water cooling system. 2. Disconnect heat shield water inlet line (3) and rear water outlet line (1). Remove the front water outlet line (2).3. Remove the four heat shield mounting bolts. Remove the heat shield - weight 45 lbs. (20 kg).Install Exhaust Manifold Heat Shields
1. Position the heat shield on engine, and install the four mounting bolts.2. Connect the rear water outlet line and the water inlet line to the heat shield. Install the front water outlet line.3. Fill the jacket water cooling system.concluding step: a) install air cleaner housings
