2. Remove cap (1). Loosen the jam nut on setscrew (2). Remove setscrew (2) from servo valve body (3). 3. Remove spring cap (4), spring cap (10), spring (7), cap (11), valve stem (8) and plug (9) from servo valve body (3).4. Remove O-ring seals (5), (6) and (12) from the caps and the plug. The following steps are for assembly of the servo valve.5. Check the condition of all O-ring seals used in the cushion hitch hydraulic pump servo valve. If any of the seals are damaged, use new parts for replacement.6. Install O-ring seal (5) on cap (4), O-ring seal (6) on cap (10) and O-ring seal (12) on plug (9).7. Install plug (9) in servo valve body (3).8. Install valve stem (8), cap (11), spring (7), and spring cap (4) in servo valve body (7).9. Install setscrew (2) in servo valve body (3). After adjusting the pressure setting of the servo valve, tighten the jam nut on setscrew (2) to a torque of 9 1 N m (7 1 lb ft). Install cap (1).10. Install the cushion hitch hydraulic pump servo valve from the cushion hitch hydraulic pump. See the topic "Assemble Cushion Hitch Hydraulic Pump" in this module. The correct pressure adjustment for the servo valve is 16 000 345 kPa (2320 50 psi).
