Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Connect the steering frame lock.

Install Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Disconnect hose assembly (1). Use two people in order to support the ride control accumulator (3). The weight of ride control accumulator (3) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Disconnect clamp assemblies (2 ) and remove ride control accumulator (3) .Installation Procedure
Install ride control accumulator (3) in the reverse order of removal.End By: Separate the steering frame lock.
