Pump Drive Gearbox
Check the Oil Level
1. Open the access door on the right side of the machine. 2. Remove dipstick (1). Maintain the oil level to the full mark on the dipstick. If it is necessary to add oil, remove breather (2) and add oil through the pipe fitting.3. Clean and install the dipstick.4. Install the breather.5. Close the access door.Conveyor Gearboxes
Check the Oil Level
1. Remove the check plug. Check the oil level of all four conveyor gearboxes. 2. Remove the check plug. The oil level should be to the bottom of the plug opening. Add oil if necessary.3. Clean and install the plugs.4. Install and secure the access covers.Track Gearboxes
Check the Oil Level
The track gearboxes are located at the rear of each track assembly. Check the oil level of both track gearboxes. The track gearboxes have three plugs. Position the gearboxes so plug (1) is at the top and plug (3) is at the bottom. The other plug (2) becomes the level check plug.Remove the level check plug. The oil level should be to the bottom of the plug opening. Add oil if necessary. Clean and install the plug.Tracks
Check the Tracks
Visually check each track.Check the Tension
The tracks are automatically adjusted by a hydraulic system in the machine. Tension will be relieved when the engine is stopped. The engine must be running to perform the following visual check.Check that the tracks are not obviously loose or tight. If a track is found to be too loose or too tight, See the Service Manual or contact your dealer for procedures to adjust the tension.
