Remove bolts (4). Remove plate (5).
Remove pin (6) until cylinder (3) can be positioned out of the way.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto link (7). The weight of link (7) is approximately 79 kg (175 lb). Remove pin (6). Position link (7) out of the way.
Repeat Steps 2 through 5 for the other side.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto counterweight frame (8). The weight of counterweight frame (8) is approximately 2449 kg (5400 lb).

Remove bolts (9). Remove plate (10). Remove pin (11).
Repeat Step 8 for the opposite side. Remove counterweight frame (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto frame assembly (12). The weight of frame assembly (12) is approximately 1315 kg (2900 lb).

Remove locking bolt (13).

Remove bolts (14). Remove plate (16). Remove pin (15).
Repeat Step 12 for the opposite side. Remove frame assembly (12).

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove retaining ring (17).
Use Tooling (C) in order to remove bearing (18).
Repeat Steps 14 and 15 for the remaining bearings.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto cylinder (4). The weight of cylinder (4) is approximately 79 kg (175 lb).
Disconnect hose assemblies (21 ) and (22).

Attach Tooling (E) onto a suitable lifting device onto link (8). The weight of link (8) is approximately 79 kg (175 lb).

Remove bolts (26). Remove plate (27).

Attach Tooling (D) onto pin (28). Remove pin (28). Remove link (8).
Repeat Steps 17 through Step 23 for the remaining cylinder and the link on the opposite end.

Use Tooling (F) in order to remove bearings (29) and spacers (30).
Repeat Step 25 for the other end of link (8).
Repeat Steps 25 and Step 26 for the remaining link. Installation Procedure
Install counterweight frame (8) in the reverse order of removal.
