For all H-Series Motor Grader, use the 1R-0774 Oil Filter Element in the hydraulic system. The 1R-0774 Oil Filter Element directly replaces the 1R-0722 Oil Filter Element. The 1R-0722 Oil Filter Element is a 40 micron element. The 1R-0774 Oil Filter Element is a 25 micron element. Studies have shown that the 25 micron element increases the service life of the hydraulic system. The 25 micron element does not increase the replacement interval. Install the 1R-0774 Oil Filter Element at the next hydraulic oil change.
