Before lifting, be sure to fully retract all hydraulic cylinders. Secure the piston rod to the cylinder tube with a wire rope cable so the piston rod will not slide out during lifting work.
1. Base Machine - Use two boom linkage pin holes and the lifting eye provided on the swing frame. Install boom linkage pin (1) and protective sleeve (2) in each hole with bolt (3) and fasten a proper rated wire rope cable [approximately 5 m (16 ft 5 in) long] to linkage pin (1).To access the lifting eye on the rear of the swing frame, remove the center access cover on top of the engine compartment. Fasten a proper rated wire rope cable [approximately 6 m (19 ft 8 in) long] to the lifting eye with a shackle.Using an appropriate lifting device, tension the lifting cables to take up the mass and slowly lift the base machine. 2. Counterweight - Fasten a proper rated lifting wire rope cable with shackles to the lifting eye provided in each bracket on the counterweight. Lift the counterweight. 3. Cab - Install two lifting eye bolts (M16 × P2) in the corners, 180° apart, on the cab top and fasten proper rated wire rope cables to the lifting eyes with shackles. Lift the cab. 4. Stick with bucket cylinder - Use the two lifting eyes provided in the brackets on top of the stick. Install shackles through the lifting eyes and fasten proper rated wire rope cables to the shackles. Fasten a wire rope cable to the front section of the stick. It is recommended to use a cloth to protect the lifting cable from being damaged by the stick edges. Slowly lift the stick with the bucket cylinder as a set. 5. Bucket - Install bucket linkage pin (1) and protective sleeve (2) in the brackets of the bucket. Hold the linkage pin (1) in place with bolts (3) and nut (4). Fasten two proper rated wire rope cables to the linkage pin. Lift the bucket. 6. Boom with stick cylinder - Use the two lifting eyes provided in the brackets on top of the boom. Fasten two proper rated wire rope cables to the lifting eyes with shackles and secure the piston rod to the cylinder tube. Slowly lift the boom with the stick cylinder as a set. 7. Boom cylinder - Fasten two proper rated wire rope cables to the boom cylinder and secure the piston rod to the cylinder tube. Slowly lift the boom cylinder. 8. Walk way - Use two proper rated wire rope cables. Fasten the lifting cables to the positions indicated by the arrows. Lift the walk ways one at a time.Machine Loading onto a Trailer
