This module is part of Service Manual, SENR1245.There are two rotating groups for the hydraulic track motor. Each rotating group has a different dimension for determining the shim thickness in the track motor. The differences in the shim thickness are identified by adding the new information in Step 31. This step defines the use of Tooling (B). Make the following correction to the disassembly and assembly procedure for the hydraulic track motor.
Position the gauge block set (76) from Tooling (B) on Surface Plate (C) in order to determine the dimension for the following groups:
For 139-3329 Motor Rotating Gp, the dimension is 45.00 mm (1.772 inch). For reference, the 139-3329 Motor Rotating Gp has a displacement of 80 cc (4.9 in3).
For 142-1374 Motor Rotating Gp, the dimension is 41.00 mm (1.614 inch). For reference, the 142-1374 Motor Rotating Gp has a displacement of 107 cc (6.5 in3).
