Remove clamps (B), retaining ring (C), tube assembly (D), clip (E), and bracket (F). Discard the parts.
Remove and retain hose (G) and associated hardware as shown in Illustration 2.

Install bracket assembly (1) using four hard washers (2), four bolts (3).

Depending on application, Install tube assembly (7) or tube assembly (8). Connect one end of tube assembly (7) or tube assembly (8) using O-Ring seal (4), two bolts (5), two hard washers (6). Connect other end of tube assembly (7) or tube assembly (8) using two bolts (9), two hard washers (10), and two half clamps (11).

(G) Hose
Install hose (G) and associated hardware that were saved in Step 2.
Finalize the repair as follows:
Refill coolant.
Operate the machine until the proper operating temperature is reached.
Check for leaks around the flange tube connection.
