Position gear pump (21) and install bolts (20). Tighten bolts (20) to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (19).

Position housing (18) and install bolts (17). Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft).
Install tube assembly (16). Tighten tube assembly (16) to a torque of 42 2 N m (31 2 lb ft).
Install tube assembly (15). Tighten tube assembly (15) to a torque of 172.5 7.5 N m (127 6 lb ft).

Install seal (14).

Apply Tooling (E) onto surface (X) and surface (Y) of the transmission housing and the torque converter housing.

Position oil pan (13) and install bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft).

Install screen (11) and magnetic filter (10).

Install O-ring seal (9), cover (8), and bolts (7). Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and a suitable lifting device onto transmission and torque converter (6). The weight of transmission and torque converter (6) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb).
Remove transmission and torque converter (6) from Tooling (D).

Remove Tooling (A) from the transmission housing.

If equipped with a rear PTO shaft, install bearing assembly (3) onto output shaft (4) and install retaining ring (2). Install bearing assembly output shaft (4) and bearing assembly (3). Install retaining ring (1).
