Adjusting the "LOAD GAIN" will NOT raise the load signal voltage.
Check the phasing.
Perform the phasing check. See Testing And Adjusting, "Phasing - Adjust".
Check for incorrect phasing of CT wiring. Check for incorrect phasing of PT wiring. See Testing And Adjusting, "Phasing - Adjust".Expected Result: The phasing check is OK.Results:
OK: Go to 2.
NOT OK: Perform this procedure for the correct phase wiring.
Check for insufficient CT output.
Check the CT output at full load. See Testing And Adjusting, "Phasing - Adjust".Expected Result: The CT output is sufficient. The CT output is approximately 5 Amperes.Results:
OK: The problem is resolved. STOP.
NOT OK: Change to a lower primary CT. STOP.
