Put differential case (3) in a suitable press.
Install side gear (13), retainer (12), spring (11), clutch assembly (10), and spider assembly (9).

Install clutch assembly (8), spring (7), retainer (6), spacer block (5), and side gear (4).
Parts under spring force can cause personal injury. When the bolts are removed, the spring force against the differential case will be released.To avoid personal injury, put the differential in a press before the bolts are removed in order to retain the case half.

Install differential case (2) on differential case (3). Use a suitable press in order to compress the spring in the differential. Install bolts (1). End By:
Install the differential and the bevel gear. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Differential and Bevel Gear - Install".
