Connect the steering frame lock.
Remove the rear roading fender.

Place suitable blocks (1) between the rear axle housing and the frame. Repeat this step on the opposite side of the machine. This procedure will prevent the rear axle housing from oscillating.

Position Tooling (A) under the loader frame, as shown. Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the rear of the machine so that the rear tires are off the ground.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the tire, as shown. The weight of tire and rim (3) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).
Remove bolts (2) and the washers.
Use the suitable lifting device to remove tire and rim (3). Installation Procedure
Install tire and rim (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft). Tighten bolts (2) again by an additional 60 5 degrees.
