Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the generator.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Power Train Oil - Change" for draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect tube assemblies (1) and hose assembly (3). Remove U bolts (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (4) from tank assembly (5). Remove plates (6). Remove tank assembly (5).

Remove bolts (8) and tube assemblies (7). Installation Procedure
Install tank assembly (5) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).
Tighten U bolts (2) evenly. Tighten U bolts (2) until there is a clearance of 15.0 to 20.0 mm (0.59 to 0.79 inch) between the straps and the tank assembly. Measure the clearance at the halfway point on the tank assembly.
