Refer to the information in the following article.Description of Change: The new turbochargers have an improved turbine nozzle ring and a longer service life.Adaptable To: The new turbochargers replace the former turbochargers.The new turbochargers are adaptable to the above engines back to first production.Note: Engine prefixes 9TG, 4EK, and WPW can be updated to the new turbochargers as long as the engine prefixes have been previously updated to the ULB engine configuration.ReferenceSpecial Instruction, SEHS0120, "Installation Procedure for the Turbocharger Upgrade on Certain G3500 Engines" for installation instructions.The new and former turbochargers are listed in Table 1.
