Remove four bolts (15) and remove shields (16), (17), and (18).

Remove bolts (19), exhaust manifold (20), and bellows (21).
Repeat for all necessary manifolds and bellows.

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Lubricate threads and bearing surfaces before assembly.

Position and install V-band clamps (22).
Gap (x) is to be 12.7 3 mm (0.5 0.1 inch).
Tighten V-band clamps (22) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft)..

Position exhaust manifold (20) and bellows (21).
Install bolts (19).
Tighten bolts (19) to a torque of 55 5 N m (40.5 4 lb ft).

Position shields (16), (17), and (18).
Install four bolts (15).

Position shields (13) and (14) and install seven bolts (12).
Tighten two bolts (11).
