Attach.(1-Rework Procedure)Rework Procedure
1. Drain hydraulic fluid from hydraulic tank.2. Loosen bolts connecting the 1374909 Block on the cooler and let hydraulic oil drain from coolers into a drain pan.3. Remove bolts from bottom block and slide opposite end of tube out of the upper block.4. Remove bolts connecting upper 1374909 Block from pump manifold.5. Disconnect all suction and pressure lines from brake pump.6. Disconnect all suction and pressure lines from the pump manifold (1249835).7. Remove all bolts (8-8T7930, 4-8T4183) connecting the brake pump manifold (1249835, 1255111) to the pump (1249377). Remove the manifolds once bolts are out.8. Remove all (4) bolts (8T4193) from the (1) cooler manifold (1319389) connected to the bottom of the oil cooler.INSTALLING 3-XT HOSE SET-UP.
