Modify Console Ignition Switch
1. Remove the ignition switch from its existing position on the console.2. Cut out the shaded area shown in Illustration 1, using the dimensions given in Chart A. The cutout is located below the engine oil pressure gage.
Illustration 1. Make a cutout in console and drill bolt holes. Refer to dimensions in Chart A. 3. Drill four mounting holes to dimension (A). Drill bottom holes through the console top plate also.4. Install bracket assembly using fasteners (2, 3, 4) shown in Chart B. See Illustration 2 for location of parts.
