Operation of the Automatic Lubrication System
After the ignition has been turned to the ON position, the amber indicator will be lighted for approximately 2.5 seconds. The system operates in the following manner:
At the preset time, the timer switch turns "ON" in order to start the lubricating pump.
Grease flows out of the valve outlets.
When the preset lubricating time has passed, the pump stops.
The timer begins to count the pause time for the next automatic lubrication.
At the preset interval, the pump will begin a new lubrication cycle, as described above.Manual Operation of the Automatic Lubrication System
Activate the switch in the cab in order to lubricate the system between the default intervals. The switch is located on the right console.

Push the switch forward in order to initiate the lubrication cycle. When the lubricating cycle is complete, the timer will begin counting at the normal preset interval for the next automatic lubrication. Start the intermediate lubrication cycle in the following situations:
The Machine has been washed.
Providing extra grease to the bearings under tough conditions
Starting work after a long period of no operation of the machineIt is not necessary to start the intermediate lubrication cycle under normal working conditions.Note: Starting the intermediate lubrication cycle too often will increase the consumption of grease. Starting the intermediate lubrication cycle too often may also cause an excess of lubrication on the machine.
