Security Summary
Use this page to review the current security settings of the receiver.There are three different types of security access for the receiver:
Enabled
Enabled with Anonymous Access
DisabledSecurity Configuration
Use these settings to configure the security settings of the Trimble receiver.Security has three settings. Settings and a description follow:
Enabled- Requires all users to log in to access the receiver.
Enabled with Anonymous Access- Any user can access the receiver without logging in. If enabled, Anonymous users can be permitted to download and delete files. Users are required to log in when attempting to change any of the receiver settings.
Disabled- Any user can gain access to the receiver without logging in. All users have complete control of the receiver.User Summary Table - The table provides a summary of all users and security privileges. The privileges of the admin user cannot be changed and the admin user cannot be deleted. Only the password of the admin user can be changed.Add User - Enter a username and password for a new user. To enable the privileges for the user, select the appropriate check boxes. To create a new user, click Add User.Change Password
Use these settings to change the password for an existing user.Username - Enter the existing username for which the password is to be changed.New Password - Enter the new password for the user.Verify New Password - Re-enter the new password for the user.
