Put clean hydraulic oil on all seals and wipers before they are installed. Put clean oil on the rod assembly and the cylinder bore.1. Fit new seals to gland (7) and piston (10).2. Fit rod (9) into gland (7). Slide piston (10) into cylinder (6).3. Fit washer (8) onto rod (9). Fit sleeve guide (5) onto gland (7). Fit four bolts (4) and tighten to a torque of 25 6 N m (18 4 lb ft).4. Fit sleeve (3) and retaining ring (2). Fit cap screw (1) and tighten to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft). End By:a.
