Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to engine (38). The approximate weight of the engine is 1500 kg (3300 lb). Position the engine, but do not install the engine all the way. Connect hose assembly (42) to bracket (43). Install the engine.

Install bolts (41) to engine (38) .

Install shims (40) and install bolts (39) .

Connect harness assembly (37) to the electrical starting motor. Install clip (36) .

Connect hose assemblies (33) and (34). Move bracket (35) into position.

Connect hoses (29), (31) and (32). Connect harness assemblies (27). Connect clips (28) and (30) that secure harness assemblies (27) to the engine.

Attach Tooling (A) to support (25). Attach a suitable lifting device with Tooling (C) to support (25). The weight of support (25) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install support (25). Install bolts (26). Connect cable assembly (24) and install clip (23) .

Connect cable assembly (21). Connect clip (22). Connect harness assemblies (17) and (18). Connect clip (16). Connect hose assemblies (19) and (20).

Move bracket (14) into position and install bolts (13). Connect harness assemblies (12) and (11). Connect hose assemblies (8), (9), (10) and (15) .

Attach Tooling (A) to support (6). Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to support (6), as shown. The weight of support (6) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install support (6). Install bolts (7). Connect harness assemblies (4) and hose assemblies (5) to the clips that are located on the back of support (6) .

Install yoke (3). Install bolts (2). Install cover (1) .
Fill the cooling system. The capacity of the cooling system is 47 L (12.4 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.End By:
