MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Rework Procedure
IF the Engine Oil Pump is NOT PAINTED the pump has already been replaced with a known good pump and does not need to be replaced.
1. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, UENR0184, "Engine Oil Pump - Remove and Install".
2. When reinstalling the 456-001 Oil Jumper tube use the Assembly Aid (Image 1.1.1) to protect the o-ring from being cut on the tube.
3. When refilling the engine coolant be sure to get all the air out of the system to protect the NRS Cooler. Preferred coolant refill method is to vacuum fill. If that is not an option run engine at idle without pressure cap installed not allowing the system to pressurize. Make sure to reinstall pressure cap after air has purged out. Do not run the engine this way for over five minutes.
