Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets. Replace the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets that are worn or damaged.Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install oil cooler (30) and the gasket. The weight of oil cooler (30) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install bolts (31).

Connect hose assembly (29). Install O-ring seal (28). Install tube assembly (27).

Install O-ring seals (26). Install tube (25).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install oil cooler (18) and a new gasket. The weight of oil cooler (18) is approximately (). Install bolts (24).

Install bonnet (23) and the gasket. Install bolts (22). Install plate (21) and bracket (20). Install bolts (19).

Install tube assembly (17) and install bolts (16).

Position hose assembly (15) and install clips (14). Connect hose assembly (13). Install clamps (12).

Install elbow (11) and the gasket. Install bolts (10) and bolts (9).

Install screen assembly (8) and fitting (7). Install O-ring seal (6).

Connect elbow (5) and install bolts (4).
Repeat Step 10 and Step 11.

Connect hose assembly (3), hose assembly (2), and hose (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist, Torque Converter, and Brake Tank Oil - Change".
Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change". End By:
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
