3. Disconnect pilot line (1), drain line (2), ejector cylinder line (3) (head end), sliding door left cylinder line (4), common return line (6) and sliding door right cylinder line (7).4. Remove the bolts (8) and remove the valve (5).Install Sliding Floor And Ejector Sequence Valve
1. Put valve in position and install the bolts that hold it.2. Connect the hydraulic lines to the valves.3. Remove the blocking from the ejector.4. Start the engine and operate the control for the sliding floor and ejector.5. Check oil level in hydraulic tank.Disassemble Sliding Floor And Ejector Sequence Valve
start by: a) remove sliding floor and ejector sequence valve1. Remove bolts (1), manifold (2) and cover (3).2. Remove sequence valve (4), spring (5), and a ring seals (6) and (7) from body (8).3. Remove plug (10) from cover and push load piston (11) out of cover.4. Remove O-ring seals (9) and (12).5. Remove plug (14) and O-ring seal (13).6. Remove spring (15) and poppet valve (16).7. Remove cover (17) and O-ring seal (18).Assemble Sliding Floor And Ejector Sequence Valve
1. Put O-ring seal (2) on cover (1) and install cover on body (3).2. Put O-ring seal (4) on plug (5).3. Put spring (6) in poppet valve (7) and install poppet valve, spring, plug and seal in the body (8).4. Install sequence valve (9) and spring (10) in body (8).5. Install O-ring seals (11) and (12).6. Put plug (14) in cover (13) and install load piston (15) in cover.7. Install O-ring seals (16) in cover.8. Install the cover (13).9. Install the manifold (18) and bolts (17).end by: a) install sliding floor and ejector sequence valve
