5 24 255-8665 Valve Guide Install the valve guide from the spring side of the cylinder head. Check the inside diameter of the valve guide for distortion after installation into the cylinder head.
Outside diameter is 13.030 0.008 mm (0.5130 0.0003 inch).
Inside diameter is 8.072 0.013 mm (0.3178 0.0005 inch).
After assembly of the valve guide into the cylinder head, install the seal onto the top of the valve guide.
A - Diameter of valve stem is 8.000 0.010 mm (0.3150 0.0004 inch).
