The 0R-9120 Remanufactured Engine is built from three different blocks. Each block has a different part number. Table 2 identifies the suction bell assembly that is used with each block.

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Remove oil pan.
Remove suction bell assembly.
Clean the gasket surface.
Install the appropriate suction bell assembly for the rear sump. Refer to Table 2. Install a new O-ring seal.
Install oil pan and install a new oil pan gasket.
