If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Note: All 15 plates are dealer fabricated.
ACTION REQUIRED
The local dealer or a contractor of the dealer's choice will fabricate the plates. An 8 mm 400 Brinell plate will be cut to fit, tacked in place, and welded complete over the existing liners. See the Service Manual and Special Instructions REHS4410 to install the body liners.
