Start By:a. remove lift cylinder 1. Install tooling (A) into yoke (1), and attach a hoist.2. Remove the cover and gasket from pin (2), and install tool (B). Remove pin (2).3. The weight of yoke (1) is 42 kg (93 lb.). Use tooling (A), and remove the yoke.4. If necessary, remove the seal and the bearings from the bore in the radiator guard. The following steps are for installation of the bulldozer lift cylinder mounts. 5. Lower the temperature of the bearings, and install them into the radiator guard with the grooves in the bearings within zone (A). The diameter of the bearings after assembly should be: a. inner bearing - 76.458 - 0.150 mm (3.010 .006 in.).b. outer bearing - 101.806 0.150 mm (4.008 .006 in.).6. Install the seal into the radiator guard with the lip toward the outside as shown.7. Fill (pack) the bore in the radiator guard with 5P0960 Multipurpose Type Grease.8. Use tooling (A) and a hoist, and put yoke (1) in position in the radiator guard. Install pin (2) with tooling (B). Remove tooling (A) and (B).9.
