Information:


At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Be sure all the hydraulic pressure is released before any fittings, hoses or components are loosened, tightened, removed or adjusted.
d. Carefully loosen the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure.e. Carefully loosen the plugs at the rear of the tilt cylinder. When the oil from the loosened plugs stops draining, tighten the two plugs. To release the pressure in the attachment cylinders, carefully loosen the two large plugs near the plugs at the top of the loader frame. When the oil from the loosened plugs stops draining, tighten the two large plugs.f. Tighten the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank.g. The pressure in the hydraulic system has now been released. 4. Put Identification marks on the hoses connected to the selector and pressure control valve for installation purposes.5. Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (4), (6) and (7), and tube assembly (5) from the selector and pressure control valve.6. Remove bolts (3), and remove selector and pressure control valve (2). Install the pressure and selector control valve in the reverse order of removal.Disassemble & Assemble Selector & Pressure Control Valve
Start By:a. remove selector and pressure control valve The stem and valve body of the selector and pressure control valve are not serviced separately. 1. Remove fittings (1) and (2) from the selector and pressure control valve. Remove the o-ring seal from each fitting. 2. Remove fittings (3) and (10) from the selector and pressure control valve.3. Remove o-ring seals (4) and (9) from fittings.4. Remove adapters (5) and (13) from the valve body. Remove o-ring seals (6) and (8) from the adapters.5. Remove spacers (12), spring (7) and stem (11) from the valve body. The following steps are for the assembly of the selector and pressure control valve.6. Check the condition of the o-ring seals used in the selector and pressure control valve. If the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.7. Put clean hydraulic oil on the internal parts of the selector and pressure control valve during assembly.8. Install o-ring seal (6) on adapter (5). Install the adapter in the valve body.9. Install stem (11) in the valve body. Be sure the stem is positioned as shown in Photo B40659P1. Install spring (7) in the valve body. Use the correct amount of spacers (12) to obtain an assembled load of 200 10 N (45 2 lb).10. Install the required amount of spacers (12) and adapter (13) in the valve body.11. Install o-ring seal (8) on adapter (13). Install adapter (13) in the valve body.12. Install the o-ring seals on fittings (1) and (2). Reinstall the fittings in their original location in the valve body.End By:a. install selector and pressure control valve.
