(5) Return filter. (9) Hydraulic tank.Hydraulic tank (9) is located at the middle of the machine under the floor pan at the top of the machine.Return filter (5) is mounted in the top of the hydraulic tank. Return oil from the auxiliary and vibratory systems flows through the return filter before returning to the hydraulic tank.
Vibration Pump Location
(1) Vibration pump.Vibration pump (1) is also used for the auxiliary systems, see, Systems Operation, Testing & Adjusting, Auxiliary System, KENR2679 for more information. Access to all pumps and filters is through a door on the right side of the machine.Hydraulic oil for the vibration pump passes through a strainer before reaching the vibration pump. The strainer is located inside the hydraulic tank.
Pump Compartment
(2) Pressure relief valve.Pressure relief valve (2) is an integral part of the vibration pump.
Fittings On Rear Wall Of Tractor
(11) Supply line fitting. (12) Return line fitting.Supply line fitting (11) is attached to the rear wall of the tractor. Return line fitting (12) is attached to the rear wall of the tractor. The screed flow control is located on the screed.
Hydraulic Oil Cooler Location
(7) Hydraulic oil cooler.Hydraulic oil cooler (7) is mounted outside of the engine radiator. It cools the hydraulic oil that flows from the vibration system and the auxiliary systems before the oil returns to the hydraulic tank. Access to the oil cooler is through a door on the left side of the machine.Circuit Flow

(9) Hydraulic tank. (10) To auxiliary system.Oil flows from the hydraulic tank to vibration pump (1). Pressure relief valve (2) is part of the pump. When a screed is attached to the tractor, the vibration motor supply line is connected to a disconnect coupling mounted near the rear wall of the tractor. The other end of the supply line is attached to screed flow control (3) (part of the screed). The return line (part of the tractor) is connected to the return line disconnect coupling. The return line disconnect coupling is part of the screed flow control. One end of the return line hose is attached to the return line at the rear wall of the tractor. The return line disconnect coupling is attached to the other end of the return line.Oil flows past pressure relief valve (2), the supply line, and screed flow control (3) to vibration motors (4) and (8). The oil passes through the vibration motors, the screed flow control and the return line hose to oil cooler (7).When no screed is attached to the tractor, the return line is connected to the supply disconnect. The oil flows past the pressure relief valve, the supply disconnect coupling and the return line hose to oil cooler (7).After the oil passes through the hydraulic oil cooler it goes to return filter (5), then back into the
