Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the fender.
Relieve the pressure in the hydraulic oil system.
Install cab prop pin before working under raised cab to prevent it from falling which could result in injury or death.
Tilt the cab. The hoist control valve is located on the left side of the machine under the cab.

Disconnect harness assembly (1) (not shown) from the solenoid valves that are located at each end of hoist control valve (4).

Remove bolts (3) and place guard (2) to the side.

Disconnect hose assembly (4).

Disconnect hose assemblies (5), (6), (7), (8), and (9).

Disconnect hose assemblies (10), (11), and (12).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hoist control valve (13). The weight of hoist control valve (13) is approximately 54 kg (119 lb). Remove bolts (14). Remove hoist control valve (13). Instillation Procedure
Install hoist control valve (13) in the reverse order of removal.
