This installation requires an adjustable wrench.Installation
Park the machine on a level surface.
Engage the parking brake on the machine.

Location of pressure switch
Locate the 130-7459 Pressure Switch for the final drive. The Pressure Switch is attached to the block for the filter assembly.
Disconnect the Pressure Switch from the connector of the harness.
Remove the Pressure Switch from the block.

Assembled Orifice Fitting (1) 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (not shown) (2) 9X-6639 Orifice Fitting (3) 148-8325 Connector As (4) 136-5474 Hose As
Assemble a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (1) to the threaded end of the 9X-6639 Orifice Fitting (2).
Assemble the 148-8325 Connector As (3) to the opposite end of the Orifice Fitting .
Connect the Orifice Fitting to the block in the location of the Pressure Switch that was removed in Step 5.

Assembled Pressure Switch (5) 216-9206 Plug As (6) 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (not shown) (7) 130-7459 Pressure Switch (8) 166-2033 Tee As (9) 5P-4295 Clip (10) 168-7859 Control Valve and Mounting Gp
Connect the 216-9206 Plug As (5) to one end of the 166-2033 Tee As (8).
Assemble a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (6) to the 130-7459 Pressure Switch (7). Note: Inspect the Pressure Switch for any damage. If necessary, replace the switch.
Assemble the Pressure Switch to the middle portion of the Tee As.
Assemble the 5P-4295 Clip (9) to the 136-5474 Hose As (4) .
Assemble the straight end of the Hose As to the open end of the Tee As .
Assemble the end of the Hose As with the elbow to the 148-8325 Connector As (3). Refer to Illustration 3.
Attach the 5P-4295 Clip (9) to the corner of the 168-7859 Control Valve and Mounting Gp (10).

(11) 7K-1181 Cable Strap (12) 130-5300 Clip (13) Bolt on filter housing (14) Boss on differential
Relocate the 130-5300 Clip (12) from the bolt on the filter housing (13) to the boss on the differential (14) .Note: Rotate the existing clip that is on the boss so there is no interference with the 130-5300 Clip .
Secure the harness and the pigtail of the switch by using a 7K-1181 Cable Strap (11) .
Connect the Pressure Switch to the connector on the harness.

Finished assembly of hose and orifice
Ensure that all of the connectors are tight and that the connectors are sealed properly.
