Press the "OK" button on the operator monitor.

On the password entry screen enter the code 9992. Press the button on the monitor labeled "ENTER".

Scroll the menu to locate the title "TCS OPERATOR INPUT". Press the "OK" key.

Select the Left Pedal attachment from the menu. Expected Result:During operation of the left auxiliary pedal, the indication on the Monitoring System is approximately 100% when the auxiliary pedal is in the forward position. The indication on the Monitoring System is approximately 0% when the auxiliary pedal is in the neutral position. The indication on the Monitoring System is approximately -100% when the auxiliary pedal is in the reverse position. Results:
OK. - During operation of the left auxiliary pedal, the indication on the Monitoring System is approximately 100% when the auxiliary pedal is in the forward position. The indication on the Monitoring System is approximately 0% when the auxiliary pedal is in the neutral position. The indication on the Monitoring System is approximately -100% when the auxiliary pedal is in the reverse position. The auxiliary pedal is working correctly. The diagnostic code is NOT present. The diagnostic code does not exist at this time.Repair: The initial failure was probably caused by a poor electrical connection or a short at one of the harness connectors that was disconnected and reconnected. Resume normal operations. STOP
NOT OK. - During operation of the auxiliary pedal, the indication on the Monitoring System is NOT approximately 100% when the auxiliary pedal is in the forward position. The indication on the Monitoring System is NOT approximately 0% when the auxiliary pedal is in the neutral position. The indication on the Monitoring System is NOT approximately -100% when the auxiliary pedal is in the reverse position. Repair: Use the operator monitor to calibrate the left attachment pedal. Follow the calibration menu programmed into the operator monitor. After calibration repeat Test Step 10.
Passed Calibration - The attachment pedal has passed calibration.Repair: A failure of the Machine ECM is unlikely. Verify the Cat Data Link circuit. If the Cat Data Link circuit is correct, replace the ECM. See Testing and Adjusting, "Electronic Control Module (ECM) - Replace".STOP
