Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the system pressure.
Follow the recommended procedure for removal and installation of tires and or wheel assemblies.Ensure that the machine and tire and or wheel assembly are properly supported at all times.Improper procedures that are used to remove and install tires and or wheel assemblies can result in personal injury or death.
Position suitable wheel chocks in front of and behind the rear tires.

Place suitable blocking between the axle housing and the frame on both sides of the machine. This will prevent the axle housing from oscillating.

Position Tooling (A) under the front frame on both sides of the machine. Raise the front of the machine until the tires are off the ground. Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303 for more information on Tooling (A).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (2). The weight of tire and rim (2) is approximately 771 kg (1700 lb).Note: The weight of tire and rim (2) may vary according to the machine configuration.
Remove nuts (1) and tire and rim (2).Installation Procedure
Install tire and rim (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nuts (1) to a torque of 450 60 N m (332 44 lb ft). Turn nuts (1) an extra angle of (60 5) degrees.
