Disconnect tube assembly (1).
Remove bolts (2) and temperature regulator housing (3).
Remove tube (4).

Disconnect tube assembly (6).
Remove bolts (5) and elbow (7).

Loosen clamp (8).
Remove bolts (10), elbow (9), and the hose.

Remove bolts (12) and water pump (11).

Remove O-ring seal (13) from water pump (11).

Remove seal (16).
Remove bolts (14) and inlet cover (15).

Remove O-ring seal (16) from inlet cover (15). Installation Procedure
Install water pump (11) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to all O-rings and seals in the installation procedure.
Install clamp (8) and tighten clamp (8) to a torque of 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).
