Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the track.

Remove bolts (1 ) and the washers from outer idler wheel (2 ).
Remove outer idler wheel (2 ).

If the inner idler wheel (3) needs to be removed, remove bolts (4) and scraper plate (6). Remove bolts (5) and washers to remove inner idler wheel (3). Installation Procedure
Note: Install washers as required to minimize the total gap to less than 1 between the roller/idler shaft and the roller frame assembly opening. Center the roller/idler in the frame assembly by installing the same number of washers between each end of the roller/idler shaft and the frame assembly +/- 1 of total washer thickness. Maximum of three total washer thickness per end. two locations (at each of one roller and one idler).
Install idler wheels in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (1) and (5) in a star pattern to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft). Tighten the bolts an additional 45 degrees
If necessary, install the scraper plates (6). Note: All torque values for the bolts for the scraper plates are standard torque values.
