1 1 115-2972 Connecting Rod Bearing Length (A) may be heated to 175 °C to 260 °C (347 °F to 468 °F) to assemble the small end connecting rod bearing.
Bore in the connecting rod for connecting rod bearing is 57.810 0.013 mm (2.2760 0.0005 inch).
Bore in the connecting rod bearing after assembly is 53.205 0.008 mm (2.0947 0.0003 inch).
Thoroughly lubricate the piston pin with clean engine oil prior to assembly of the piston and connecting rod.
Diameter of the piston pin is 53.155 0.005 mm (2.0927 0.0002 inch).
2 1 292-0484 Connecting Rod Bearing Bore in the large end of connecting rod for the connecting rod bearing is 93.800 0.013 mm (3.6929 0.0005 inch).
3 2 115-2973 Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the bolts:
1. Lubricate the bolts with clean engine oil before assembly.
2. Tighten each bolt to 130 7 N m (96 5 lb ft).
3. Tighten each bolts to an additional 60 5 degrees.
- - - Distance (B) between center of the bearings is 239 mm (9.4 inch).
