Information:
All EnginesTwo, new magnetic transducers are available. One new transducer is shorter than the existing 6V2197 Transducer, and the other new transducer is longer than the 6V2197 Transducer. See chart.
The 8T5184 Transducer is for use where the 6V2197 is too long, such as on some 3208 Engines where access to the top center hole is limited by the fan belts and fan guard. The 8T5185 Transducer can be used where the 6V2197 is too short, such as on the D7G SA Tractor.
These transducers can be used either with the 6V3100 Engine Timing Indicator Group to indicate No. 1 Cylinder Top Dead Center, or with the 6V3121 Multitach Group to measure rpm.
