1 38 8C-3411 Bolt Torque to 1800 200 N m (1328 148 lb ft).
2 1 245-6146 Thrust Washer All of the surface areas must be clean and dry. Clean the surfaces with solvent. Apply green Loctite 620 to the carrier on the surface that comes into contact with the washer. Finger tighten the screws to the thrust washer. Torque the four screws in a cross-tightening sequence.
3 1 173-0566 Ecology Drain Gp Tighten the drain assembly to 130 10 N m (96 7 lb ft).
Tighten the plug to 65 6 N m (48 4 lb ft).
A pipe with a diameter of 19.050 mm (0.7500 inch) is needed to activate the valve for draining oil.

6 1 172-5284 Duo-Cone Seal Gp Rubber torics, and all contacting surfaces must be clean and dry prior to assembly. Smear a thin film of oil onto the contacting surfaces of the metal seals just before installation. Lubricate all other seals on assembly. The seal rings must be assembled square with the bore. The O-ring seal must not be twisted.
7 1 8T-3013 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
8 16 8T-0667 Bolt Torque to 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).
