Pull up on the fore/aft lever (1). Move the seat forward or move the seat backward until the desired position is attained. Release the fore/aft lever (1) in order to lock the seat into position.Pull out on the knob (2) in order to move the seat downward. Push in on the knob (2) in order to move the seat upward. Release the knob (2) in order to lock the seat at the desired position.The suspension damping lever (3) is a three-position lever with detents. When the detent is in the middle position, the stiffness is medium.Pull back on the suspension damping lever (3) to the stiff position. Push forward on the suspension damping lever (3) to the soft position.
