Place Tooling (B) on suitable cribbing in the hitch. Use Tooling (B) to remove pin assembly (18) from the upper hitch.Note: Use the suitable lifting device installed in Step 9 to relieve pressure from pin assembly (16) during removal. Do not exceed the lifting capacity of Tooling (H).

Attach Tooling (F) to release the parking brake.

Use a suitable lift truck and the suitable lifting device to separate the loader frame from the rear frame. Use Tooling (G) to support the loader frame.

Mark the position of caps (21) and (24). Remove bolts (22) and remove cap (21), shims (23) (not shown), and cap (24) from the upper hitch of the loader frame. Remove lip seal (25) from cap (21). Remove lip seal (26) from cap (24).
