Remove two bolts (31) that hold baffle tube assembly (30) to tank assembly (1). Remove baffle tube assembly (30) and the gasket (not shown) from tank assembly (1) .

Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.
Hold body (34) against tank assembly (1) as three bolts (33) and (35) are removed. Remove three bolts (33) and (35) and the washers that hold body (34) and retainer (32) to tank assembly (1). Remove body (34) and retainer (32) from tank assembly (1) .

Remove two O-ring seals (39) from retainer (32) .
Remove plug (40), O-ring seal (41), and seal (42) from body (34). Remove guide (36) from body (34). Remove valve (38) and spring (37) from guide (36) .

Remove four hose clamps (43) that hold hose (44) to tank assembly (1) and baffle tube assembly (45). Remove hose (44) from tank assembly (1) .

Remove two bolts (46), the nuts, and the washers that hold baffle tube assembly (45) to tank assembly (1). Remove baffle tube assembly (45) from tank assembly (1) .

Remove four nuts (47) and the washers that hold plate (48) to tank assembly (1). Remove plate (48) from tank assembly (1). Repeat this procedure for the plate on the other side of tank assembly (1) .
