(18) Throttle lever The throttle lever (18) is mounted to the right side of the operator console.The throttle lever (18) is mechanically connected to the throttle control mechanism on the engine. When the lever is rotated clockwise, the engine speed decreases, and when the lever is rotated counterclockwise, the engine speed increases.

(19) Fuel fill port
(20) Upper sight glass
(21) Lower sight glass The fuel tank is located on the left side of the machine. The capacity of the fuel tank is 65 L (17.2 US gal).The machine is not equipped with a fuel gauge. Instead, the fuel tank is equipped with one upper sight gauge (20) and one lower sight gauge (21). The sight gauges indicate the level of fuel in the tank. The fuel fill port (19) can be reached from ground level on the left side of the machine.

(22) Screed lock The slat conveyor delivers asphalt to the augers through the material delivery tunnel. The augers evenly distribute the material in front of the screed.Any time work is performed on the machine, the screed should be resting on the ground, or the screed lock (22) should be engaged. Both sides of the machine are equipped with a screed lock.The screed locks (22) should be engaged when the machine is being moved (not during paving) or when the screed is stored in the raised position.

(23) Hydraulic fill port
(24) Hydraulic tank The hydraulic tank (24) is located on the right side of the machine. The engine compartment cover provides access to the hydraulic tank and the hydraulic fill port (23).The hydraulic tank is equipped with a sight gauge in which hydraulic oil should be visible. If oil must be added to the tank, the engine compartment cover must be lifted to gain access to the fill neck. The refill capacity of the hydraulic tank is 80 L (21 US gal).
